Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is ever a problem or a question before or after your purchase, please contact us via email or phone. We will work with you to resolve your concerns.
All sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds unless covered under our warranty, which is limited to repair replacement of the defective unit. Once you ship back the defective engine or transmission, we will repair or replace as necessary. The warranty does not cover any labor costs. If we do not have a like item for exchange, we will refund your purchase price and return postage fees for delivery to us insured and via freight company.
Any Item that is returned to Enginesus (this includes refused shipments) without written authorization from Engines is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Most items are shipped the day after they are ordered. Some of our Rebuilt Engines are built to order and usually have about 1-3 week lead time.
PAYMENT
We accept payment for USA Sales by Check, Cashier’s Check, Bank Wire Transfer, Direct Deposit, Visa, Master Card, and PayPal. Check payments must clear before your item is shipped.
We do not accept cash, CODs, or money orders. Payment for International orders are by Bank Wire Transfer only. Contact us for a shipping quote.
CORE RETURN POLICY
Our Rebuilt Engines are sold exchange. That means part of the cost of your rebuilt engine is enginesus getting your old engine. When you order your engine a core deposit is charged. Shipping of the core back to enginesus comes out of the core deposit. If your core is good you receive the balance of your core deposit by check. If your core is not good you do not receive any core refund. Forfeiting your core deposit and keeping your old engine(core)is not an option. Doing so will VOID YOUR WARRANTY. You have 30 days from the time that you receive your rebuilt engine to return your core. If you need more time contact us and we will work out an extension. If you would like to purchase a rebuilt engine outright (no core) call for a price.
