OUR POLICIES

General

  • Engineus guarantees your satisfaction with our product quality and customer service. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is ever a problem or a question before or after your purchase, please contact us via email or phone. We will work with you to resolve your concerns.
  • All sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds unless covered under our warranty, which is limited to replacement of the defective unit. Once you ship back the defective engine or transmission, we will ship you a replacement. The warranty does not cover any labor costs. If we do not have a like item for exchange, we will refund your purchase price and return postage fees for delivery to us insured and via freight company.

Payment

  • We accept payment by Cashier's Check, Money Order, Bank Wire Transfer, Visa, and MasterCard (Visa and Mastercard payments have a limit of $1,500.00). All money orders must originate in the USA or come to us via BidPay.com. All payments must be in US Dollars. Visa and Master card payments will appear on your statement as "Sourcepoint Foriegn Auto."
  • We do not accept cash, CODs, or money orders that come from outside the USA.

 

Shipping Engines and Transmissions

  • Items are shipped on pallets, and secured with bands and shrink wrap.
  • Shipping charges are based on delivery to a business address that can offload your engine. Contact us for a shipping quote.
  • You can also pick up your engine at the nearest trucking dock for the same cost. Residential delivery is available for considerably more cost. We do not allow pickup from any of our warehouses.
  • Shipping insurance is optional, and available for $15.00.

Shipping Other Items

  • Items are shipped by UPS ground or US Postal Service Priority Mail.
  • Shipping charges are listed with the item in the item section, or contact us for shipping charge.
